If you are a food vendor please contact Peter to discuss your application. As we have only limited spaces for such stalls.
Information for Stall holders
All stall fees to be paid in advance.
Please ensure you complete all sections on the booking form
You must supply your own tables and Gazebos
Please ensure you make contact with a member of the May Fair Committee prior to setting up. They will have a reflective jacket with Saltash May Fair written on it.
The May Fair will not be responsible for supplying power to your pitch.
If you are bringing a power source (generator) you must have prior permission from the May Fair Committee to do so.
Fore Street will be legally closed between 0845 and 1700. No Vehicle movement is permitted during this time. Your insurance will not cover you and neither will the May Fairs. You will also be breaking the law.
As a private stall you must have your own Public Liability Insurance. And, if relevant food hygiene certificates. Please have ready for inspection if asked.
You may not park your Vehicle on the Street during the day (unless it is a food van and/or you have prior permission to do so from the May Fair Committee)
There are several public car parks in the town, within a short walk from the street.
Saltash May Fair will be run whether the weather is good or bad.
